A school-based occupational therapy position is available in Hyattsville, MD, providing essential support to students through skilled therapeutic interventions. This role involves traveling between schools within the area to deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services tailored to each student's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans for students
- Implementing direct therapeutic interventions aimed at improving students fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress and participation in the school environment
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
- Traveling between multiple school locations to provide services as required

- Valid Occupational Therapy license with experience in school-based settings
